  How do I change the domain? The domain I am registering for states that it is taken. But I was the one that used for the wrong account and deleted it and moved it to this account.

  What’s the address you want to use?
  Please not that, once you have deleted a WordPress.com site, you won’t be able to use the same address ever again. We can restore the site for you if less than 30 days have passed since you deleted it – this way, you’ll be able to transfer it to the correct account, rather than closing it.

  For that, please reply to the email address you received after you’ve deleted the site.
