  I am a complete newbie to wordpress. I purchased a domain from godaddy and need wordpress to access Elegant Themes Divi to build my first website. How can I register?

  To clear up any further confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites. Whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

  If you want to use Divi and other third-party themes or plugins, you’ll need to purchase plan Business. If you’d like to self-host your site, you’ll want to find a hosting service and install WordPress as explained here:
