  I just signed up for a Domain name for a small business. I don’t see what is been offered for $300.00 a year

  So I would see how this free site works and then decide. With the free site can I do transactions? I am setting up a small soap business and would like to take orders on the site

  You can’t get a full ecommerce site for free, but you can easily put a contact form in and customize it so you can take orders that way. Lots of people do that.
