  Hi, do you mean the domain that expired in January? Unfortunately, after a domain expires and goes through a redemption period, it’s released for repurchase. In this case, someone else bought it in June.

  Since it doesn’t seem they’re using it yet, there are domain broker services that can negotiate pricing for you. The current owner would need to be willing to sell it to you, and you’d have to be willing to pay what they’re asking, plus commissions and fees and what not. If you want to go that route, visit the domain; it’s got a page up that explains your next steps.

  Otherwise, you’d be more than welcome to register a new domain. You’ll just want to be careful to keep it renewed.
