  I bought a domain on netfirm, I followed the procedure to transfert my domain(.ca) registered on netfirm to my wordpress.com domain To make sure to do the mapping properly, I contacted netfirm and they directed the domain to wordpress. I contacted them again because I was unable to see my website. They said they have done everything. They say that the nameservers of the domain is pointing wordpress.com servers. They say I have to update the A record and other DNS records through the nameservers. How can I do that? I also bought through netfirm WP starter plan.

  Hi there,

  What is the domain, or the address of the WordPress.com site? I don’t see any sites with a paid plan and active domain mapping upgrade in the account that you’re using to post here.

  I also bought through netfirm WP starter plan.

  If you plan to use the domain with a site on WordPress.com you shouldn’t have to buy any hosting from Netfirm as well, as we’re your hosting provider in that case, not them.
