  Good afternoon! Can you help me. I cant understand little bit. If I already have the domain, can I just create a website with wordpress and add my domain for free or not? Thank you!

  Not for free I’m afraid. A Personal plan or higher is required to map/transfer a domain you already own to a WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
