Hello,
My domain name (www.aliadharssi.com) expired. I did not realize wordpress did not have my most recent credit card information on file. I missed the email alerts because Gmail didn’t send them to my main inbox. Can you please help me recover this webpage?

Hello Alia,
I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal. Once we receive your payment, we can email our domain provider to ask that the renew the domain and restore it to our account.
However, please keep in mind that the domain could enter redemption at any time. If that happens before we’re able to get it back, we’ll have to pay our domain provider an additional $80 fee to restore the domain from redemption, but hopefully that won’t happen here.

Thanks. I’ve emailed them to request that they restore the domain. They usually reply within 48 hours. I’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

@brucelc48 your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
