  Each time I refresh the page or type in my wordpress address, this directs me to an old domain that was used. I have already changed the primary domain, however it is making no difference.

  Also each time I attempt to change my email address, wordpress does not permit it.

  Lastly, each customisation I make on my blog is not being saved.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  HI there,

  Are you talking about knottybynaturesankofa.wordpress.com? If so, that is the primary domain for the blog and the domain knottybynaturecosmetics.com is pointing to a site under construction that is hosted elsewhere. I can see you did a recent blog name change, but that shouldn’t affect this since it’s still the same underlying blog.

  You can update your email address here:
  https://wordpress.com/?ssl=forced#!/settings/account/

  I see you have a pending email address change – you will need to confirm the email change at the new address, so look for the confirmation email (and be sure to check your spam folder).

  When you say customizations aren’t being saved, can you be more specific as to what you’re trying to change and what happens when you try to save them?

  Yes, Knottybynaturesankofa is a blog site, and knottybynaturecosmetics is a separate website. I want to make these two different sites, how do I do this without being directed to knottybynaturecosmetics?

  I am still waiting for the confirmation email to change the email address..

  Lastly, when I customise the appearance of the blog, none of the changes are saved.the page just states ‘saving changes’ but this does not work.

  WordPress has been also been extremely slow, do you know why this may be?

  Your sites knottybynaturesankofa.wordpress.com and knottybynaturecosmetics.com are now two entirely different sites hosted in different places. If you are having issues seeing that, you might try clearing your browser cache:owser.

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  If you did not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of requesting the email address change, please try it again.

  As for the speed of WordPress, that could be due to your connection. Have you always had issues with connection speed, or is this something new?

  Thank you, I have cleared that catche and the issue is sorted.

  I have not always had this issue with my connection speed. Its only with wordpress.

  I am also having issues with uploading a picture as a banner and not a header or a background image.How do I do this?

  It’s not possible to upload an image as a banner other than your header image.
