  if i deleted my site permanently will my domain be unusable again with any another wordpress account

  Hi there!

  If you’re talking about the free WordPress.com subdomain then yes, when you close the site, you’ll lose the site’s address as well and you won’t be able to use it with any other WordPress.com site.
