  I purchased a domain but then cancelled my upgrade but want to keep my domain. Can you help me to keep this please?

  Hi @bunnyandbeanbirth, there’s a warning when you cancel the domain saying it may be difficult to get it back; this is quite true. It goes through a redemption process similar to a domain expiration:

  Domain Expiration

  This domain is in redemption for the next several weeks. The registrar charges an $80 fee to return it to our account. You would need to pay for a renewal as well, if needed. Would you like us to go ahead and make an invoice for you?
