  After I canceled my domain to use on a different site it is unavailable. Now my domain and website says “This domain is parked” when will the domain be available?

  You have already transferred your domain to another provider and you can no longer manage it from WordPress.com. Please get in touch with your current provider/registrar for more help regarding your domain.
