  Is it free to launch your site?

  Hi there,

  We are currently addressing an issue with launching sites. In the meantime, to launch any new site and avoid purchasing a plan, you’ll need to go to Manage > Settings and click the Launch Site button from there. The two Launch Site buttons from the My Home page does not give you that option:
