Hello there:
I just created a blog on wordpress and l tried to make my blog visible on google search. In order to do this l need to register domain right? This is my first time starting a blog so l am a bit confused with all these domain stuff. Could you please explain me what is the best way for me as a beginner to start with blog and how to make my blog visible on google search? Do l have to buy domain? If l do will that make my blog automatically seen or?

you do not need to purchase a custom domain to appear on Google.
It takes a couple of weeks before search engines display new sites. To explain how this works: Google’s robots (and other search engines) “crawl” the web daily looking for new content. When they find a new site, it takes a little while for it to be displayed properly when searched for by people. Note that you can help search engines find you by submitting your new site to their indexation services.
