  Domain name was registered (paid Rs.1260)at wordpress. I opened my blog yesterday. I want to transfer my blogs to new domain

  If you want to change your site address, you can follow the steps mentioned in the below guide:
  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/#changing-your-wordpress-com-site-address

  As here, you are looking to change your domain, Domain names can’t be changed once they’re registered.
  If you misspelled or otherwise need to change a domain, you can cancel it within the 96-hour cancellation window. From there, you can register a new, correct domain name for your site through your domains page.
  If you purchased domain mapping and misspelled your domain during this process, you can cancel and refund within 30 days.
  Outside of that window, please contact support.

  Hi there,

  Sorry! I just miss read your concern.

  If you want to use your custom domain on wordpress.com, you must upgrade to a paid plan with domain mapping, https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
