  Hey, I’m unable to transfer my domain ephesusbrooks.com. After speaking with dream host; they attest it’s because it was transferred to you guys.

  I would like to have this resolved.

  Hello!

  It is definitely possible to transfer an active domain that you have on your WordPress.com account. The only constraint is that it can’t move for 60 days following a transfer or renewal.

  ICANN Lookup shows the domain has expired and is in the Redemption period.

  Domain recovery requires staff assistance. I will flag your post for staff attention by adding a modlook tag.
