  Hi
  We, as a company, already have a domain, and we has built the website with Wix. Could you please help me on how to make a transition to wordpress without loosing our current website and domain. I must point out that we bought the domain name at ionos, and it will remain there. Thank you very much for your help.

  You can import your site from Wix. You can also leave your domain at the current registrar and map it to your WordPress.com site. The mapping step can happen later, when your WordPress.com site is ready to go live.
