  I should have a domain ‘niceandeasy.co contacted to my account but I do not see it. The account has been This domain has been suspended due to non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification. I never received an email or anything. I need to get into the site to pay and get the site back up and running.

  Hi @stephanieepstein91, we’ll help you get this sorted.

  First, we need you to log into the account associated with the domain. If you know the correct username and password (it’s under an account with a different name) please log in with that.

  Otherwise, I’m going to ask you in this case to do two things:

  1) Find the transaction ID from a purchase with us:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  2) Email that ID, the domain name, and and your explanation of the situation to passwordhelp@wordpress.com.

  When you’re in the right account, you can fix the email address on file so it’s one that’s accessible. Then you’ll be able to verify it so the domain can be unsuspended.
