  I am just reviving my blog site and am unsure about domain……I am thinking. Also, confused about the personal plan which appears to include a domain site. versus the website option? I think……I am just not sure what I need to connect my blog to the world.

  Personal plan comes with a free domain name credit for one year of registration. However, you can also use an existing domain name you’ve already purchased before on your personal WordPress.com plan via domain transfer or domain mapping: https://wordpress.com/support/domain-mapping-vs-domain-transfer/
