  For example, I see you have started a site at https://tamakinakayama.wordpress.com/

  That’s a free URL for your site for as long as you need.

  If you are wanting something more along the lines of tamakinakayama.com you can get that domain free for the first year when you purchase one of the WordPress.com plans shown here: https://wordpress.com/plans
