  I already purchased my domain name on Namecheap site after doing a free trial with you all. How do I go about changing the domain name from letsgettothebottomofit.wordpress.com to letsgettothebottomofit.com?

  By upgrading to a Personal plan or higher and mapping the domain (or you could transfer it if you’ve owned it for more than 60 days).

  Thanks, I just bought it today. So, do I need to wait 60 days for me to be able to get it changed on WordPress or do I just buy a plan and it will allow me to change it?

  If this is where you want to build your site i would have been easier to buy a plan here first as a custom domain is included free for the first year. As it is if you don’t want to wait 60 days you’ll need to follow the instructions in the link above.

  Are you talking about a site hosted here at WordPress.com? It’s already installed. If you’re currently working on a post with the Block editor code editor then click on the three dots/More tools and options top right.

  I think I really screwed this up. I want to keep my content on letsgettotherootofit.wordpress.com. I bough my domain at Namecheap and having issues keeping what I have on the letsgettotherootofit.wordpress.com and working with Namecheap that i bought a plan to be able to build my site with my domain that I bought. I’m not able to make many changes or keep my original set up on letsgettotherootofit.com. how do i get this fixed without paying more. I already bought my domain and the wordpress package.   any help would be greatly appreciated.

  You’ve got two completely different sites in two completely different places.
  The free https://letsgettotherootofit.wordpress.com/ is here where you’re currently logged in to this wordpress.com account.

  letsgettotherootofit.com is over at the servers of whoever Registrar servers areand you log in over there at http://letsgettotherootofit.com/wp-login.php

  Neither site have any content yet so you choose where you build your site. Probably over there rather than here if you’ve already paid someone else.
