  Hi i bought a domain, cancelled it because I basically want to swap to the wordpress.org version of the site. However I didnt realise the domain would then be unavailable. Is there any way of me getting this back?

  Is this for the domain “bristolfamilyblog.com”? If so, canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. Here are the available options for you:

  Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.

  Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, and update us here.
