  I recently cancelled my services (web package and domain) and want to know if I can reverse it

  As mentioned during the domain cancellation, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain. That is because the majority of the cancellation process is outside of our control, and this is true for all domain registrars.

  The good news is that values2u.com is still under the grace period and I have recovered it since you did not receive a refund for it. :)

  If desired, you’ll be able to direct it anywhere simply by changing its name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  And, after 60 days (another policy outside of domain registrar control), you’ll be able to transfer it elsewhere: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
