  We have a domain of constable5.org already, what and how do we go about using it here in word.press….the previous constable has retired and we are wanting to now use word.press, can someone please help…our office is Montgomery County Constable Pct. 5 [redacted] and our number is [redacted] and my name is Rebecca [redacted]

  It looks like your domain is currently hosted someplace other than here on the WordPress.com platform.

  Thank you for doing that…..I did discover our domain is being used on wordpress already, I do have access to it, we do however want to make sure our current office is the one who has control and latest updated wordpress themes. Hope this makes sense and I would really like to speak with someone live either private chat/email or by phone, is that possible?

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
