  I just had to get a refund but would still love to use the domain name I chose. Can you tell me how long the domain name will be on hold to where I don’t have access to it?

  What exactly you want to do? Do you wish to register the same domain somewhere else?

  Do not cancel a domain if you wish to transfer it to a different owner, site, or registrar, or if you’re only trying to make changes to your site or account.
