Hi, I have received a notification that my domain will expire in 5 days. However, I am not sure I have my domain with Worldpress. My site is with wix and when I go to Manage Purchases or Account Settings I see no signs that I purchased it from WorldPress or that there is any bill to pay. What shall I do?

I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. That would indicate that perhaps you registered your domain elsewhere.
What is the URL of the domain you are trying to renew?

The domain that you’re inquiring about is connected to a different user account. We will need to hear from you under that account to go forward. That domain is registered with WordPress.com but you have it pointed to Wix, and they are hosting it for you.
The card on file has expired which is why you are seeing that notice. You’ll need to sign in to the enerlog5 user account and update the payment details. Here is how you do that:

A domain needs both registration and hosting for the site to remain active and online.
