  I paid for my domain I want it but WordPress Does not support my type of business

  Hi there,

  I can see that you recently transferred your domain to us (poshgreencbdlounge.com) as a part of your upgrade to our WordPress.com Business Plan. You then cancelled and refunded your plan, which I can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  I also see you cancelled your domain, but I have recovered it and restored it to active status on your account with us. Are you planning on hosting your site with a different provider? It is possible to use poshgreencbdlounge.com with someone else, you are not required to use it on WordPress.com

  If you know who your new host is, it is possible to use “domain settings” to connect poshgreencbdlounge.com to any provider, so you can still use it for the address to your site. Please let us know who your new provider is and we can help with adding the settings they require.

  poshgreencbdlounge.com is now back in your account.

  If you want to use it on Shopify, contact their support and ask for the name servers you need to use to point a domain to them. Then you can change the name servers on the domain as explained here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  By 21 January 2021 you’ll be able to transfer the domain away from us again if you prefer – it’s not possible to transfer any domain at any domain provider within 60 days of a previous transfer, so for now the domain will have to stay registered with us.
