  there is nothing wrong with the card but an access code from your site was not sent to the bank

  Many thanks for reaching back.

  You would need to double check with your bank if the card is active and functioning.

  You would also need to make sure you’re logged into the correct account also.

  I have checked with the bank and all is ok they are not receiving any requests from wordpress to authorise the transaction

  we are using a payment request sent from wordpress

  Also when I try to login to access our account we get a message account does not exist

  the domain is FAWDCWA.com username (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Sorry for the confusion, you are correct, the email address beginning with b is the correct email address.

  As for the card being declined, that is not from us.

  I recommend trying the payment again, and if it continues, you will need to speak with your credit card provider again.

  There’s no exact date for that. In general when a domain expires it can be unavailable for up to 90 days. Furthermore, once it’s released anyone will be able to register it and you might not be able to get it back in time.

  Due to the problems we have had in regaining the domain from you.
  i.e payment failure and dismal communication from the registrar wildwest domains and the parent company Go daddy.

  We think we will terminate our relationship completely and reregister with a local Australian company with another domain until our current one becomes available.
