  I can’t understand how to ‘map’ my go daddy domain when it ends in .co.uk

  When I put in the go daddy domain address, it comes up with couk at the end of my brand name, like this:

  Site: infiniteheartcouk.wordpress.com

  Does that mean that will be my URL? Can anyone help me before I go ahead and purchase?

  You need a WordPress.com subdomain in the first place to have a site to map your other domain to. With a paid plan you can make your custom domain the primary domain and that is what people see when they visit your WordPress.com site.
