  We have a website already that was built by a third party. Can we create a new subpage under the same domain name that’s created by WordPress?

  Sure. For this to happen you need to map a subdomain.
  A subdomain is a second website that’s part of a larger domain, and can have its own content. You can setup a subdomain for a domain you own, even one registered through another registrar.
