  what should I use domain mapping or transfer?
  It will help if you consider cost as well.
  For example godaddy give domains for ₹600per year and WordPress give domain for ₹1050/year

  Hello there,

  Technically there’s no real difference here.

  The only change is who you will pay the domain registration to (GoDaddy or WordPress.com).

  Domain mapping is a quicker process than domain transfer, which may be more useful.
