  Hello!
  I’m trying to map my domain to my website. We don’t want to upgrade to the premium plan, just to map the domain name. Is this possible?

  You need a paid plan to be able to do this. But ANY paid plan should work, including the cheapest PERSONAL plan. You don’t need to upgrade to the PREMIUM plan.
