  Hi,
  I want to register my domain name with wordpress. My domain registration with godaddy ends 12/26. What would I have to do to make the switch?

  We can’t accept incoming domain transfers, and I don’t recommend letting it expire.

  An expired domain becomes the property of the domain registrar and is only release for purchase at their discretion.
