Hi there,
I recently bought the domain name f3nf.com with WordPress.
After buying, I discovered that this domain only redirected to my f3nf.wordpress.com, which was not what I wanted.
I asked for a refund so I could instead upgrade my plan for $48 which includes a domain, instead having to buy the domain for $18 and then the plan extra on top, so $66 in total.
I had to cancel the domain which is now no longer available, I assume because the system has not yet registered that it is available again.
Can you please assist so that I can get my domain back, and purchase the plan for a better deal on my site, rather than having to pay for something twice?
Previously when I used WP to host my site, I bought the domain only from WP, and it was across all pages of the site, not simply redirecting. I was disappointed to see this change and felt I was misled in my purchase. -
I’ve read on another similar thread (here https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/domain-cancellation-196/) that it should be possible to be sent a link from the WP team to purchase and connect the domain to my account again, could someone please help me to arrange this?
If possible, I would like to purchase the $48 plan, and have the domain included in this package.

Please purchase the plan first, don’t add a domain, and when that’s done reply here and we’ll return the domain to your account free of charge. :)
