  WHY DO I HAVE TO TRANSFER MY DOMAINS IF I ALREADY PAID FOR DOMAINS & HOSTING?

  Hi there,

  If you already paid for hosting somewhere else, there is no reason to transfer your domain to us. Right now you’re posting in the forums for WordPress.com, a hosting provider, and a different one from the one where you already have hosting. We have absolutely nothing to do with your site at that other hosting provider, and unless you want to move your site from their hosting to ours, you don’t need to do anything here with us.

  If you’re trying to use the WordPress software at your existing hosting provider, then you’ll want the forums at WordPress.org for any help with that. WordPress.com and the WordPress software are not the same thing.
