Hi there, I am trying to buy my domain back but it looks like it is not available anymore. It expired on the 2 of May and I thought I had a 90 period grace to recover it. Could you please help? Thank you

It looks like the domain
lostintheswirls.comhad renewed earlier today, but then you requested a cancellation and refund shortly after that. Since the domain was cancelled, it’s now in a redemption period.We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $18 domain renewal cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

I thought the domain I cancelled earlier today was not lostintheswirls but lost-in-the-swirls that’s why I cancelled it. This is a bit confusing! Yeah, that’s ok, I just want to recover my domain :)

Ok, it looks like it hasn’t fallen into redemption yet, so if we hurry, we can still recover it without the extra $80 fee.
I have sent a payment request for the total of $18 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is sent, please reply here to let us know, and we will send a note to our domain partner regarding barbecuenation.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.
