  I bought a domain but didn’t renew on time and now it’s not letting buy it again. It keeps saying already in use. Please assist. I know it’s not in use.

  The site I need help with is tue57299.wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  You did not mention but this is for kimmcole.com yes? I see you renewed most recently on 4/26/2020, but I do not see that it was renewed on 4/26/2021, so it has expired and been returned to the registry to prep it for resale. It is not under our account or direct control at this time.

  What I can do is email our registry parter and see if the domain is still available for us to recover. Some time has passed so it’s likely we would not be able to get it back, but I have contacted them to see if it’s at least a possibility.

  Hello there! Good news! It looks like the domain can be renewed. We will separately send you a payment request for the domain renewal ($18) and redemption fees ($80).

  Once those have been paid, we’ll complete the process on our end.
