I don’t see any WordPress.com sites or domains under your account here.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?
NOTE: We can only assist with websites hosted here at WordPress.com. If you’re using the WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere, you will need to reach out to your hosting provider or the WordPress.org community for guidance: https://wordpress.org/support/

Hi there,
It seems that your domains are registered under a different WordPress.com account. Just a heads up, you can log in to that account and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to start a live chat with us anytime during the weekday as part of your WordPress.com Premium plan. You can also use that form to send us an email.
But to answer your question, you don’t need to keep both domains if you only want one. I see that both of the domains are on the same site. So you’d make the desired domain primary by following this: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address
All the other domains on the site will redirect to the primary domain. If you don’t want the other domains, you can cancel them or let them expire.
Please keep in mind that once you cancel a domain or let it expire, you risk losing it permanently. Also, any link you may have previously shared (like with your friends or on social media) using the previous domain will stop working if you cancel that domain.
In other words, you don’t have to keep both domains, but you should consider the above before canceling the other domain.
Let me know if you have more questions or visit https://wordpress.com/help/contact from your other account and contact us there.
