    Hi, I associated the domain with the wrong wordpress account. So I deleted the domain and was going to buy again. However, the domain is not available anymore. Could you please let me know if the deletion is processed by the registry or not?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. That’s why we show a warning when you cancel a domain that explains you have the option of simply transferring it instead.

    What is the domain you want back? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any domains from us.

    Note that we can only restore the domain at the request of the account you used to buy it originally, and we can only restore it back to that account.

    So please comment here as that account to confirm, or reply directly to the domain cancellation email we sent you for help with this.

    This is the account I used to buy the domain. The domain I want back is cibpp.org. Is that possible to restore it back to my account?

    I see when you cancelled your domain, you also cancelled the plan that paid for it and received a full refund.

    If you want to use it on a WordPress.com site, a paid plan is required. So please buy a new paid plan at Upgrades ->Plans. If you want to use the plan under the ainingliang account, you can use that account to buy the plan.

    Let us know here once you’ve bought the plan, and we can restore the domain to your liangariel917 account. Once we’ve done that, you can then transfer it to the ainingliang account and you’ll have everything together under the correct account.

    If you want just the domain for now, we can send you a link to pay for it instead. Let us know if you prefer this options.
