I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Looking at the account, again, I don’t see any history of upgrades. No custom email solutions, and no hosting plans either. This leads me to think that you may have been paying for something from a different WordPress.com user account.
One way to figure that out is to put the charge details in to this form.Why was I charged?
The other way, is to find an emailed receipt from us, and sign in to WordPress.com using that email address. It will put you in the proper account.
We will keep trying to help you get this sorted. Please try those two steps I have mentioned above.
Last thing, I want to clarify is which domain did you set that custom email up for? Since I don’t see any domains registered to your account, it’s hard for us to do much troubleshooting until we locate the proper account. If these purchases were made elsewhere then you can easily connect them to this account by adding a hosting plan. We will help you with that. One piece at a time.
