    We purchased our domain thru WordPress and have linked it to our website that is located through SimplePractice. SimplePractice says the domain is connected but when you search for the site this error page appears:
    This site can’t provide a secure connectionwww.harris-therapy.com sent an invalid response.
    Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    What adjustments do I need to make?

    Hey there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like the domain requires an SSL certificate – as the domain is using a custom A record to point to SimplePractice, they would need to provide that SSL certificate on their end.

    Do you know if SimplePractice provide name servers? If yes, we’d recommend pointing to SimplePractice using name servers instead of A Records.
