    Hello, I am trying to connect my domain purchased from another provider but the site won’t let me, it redirects me to a checkout page for the same domain. Please help, thank you!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting your domain purchased from another provider. To help address this issue, we suggest using the WP.com account associated with the blog: abhiechin.wordpress.com. Once you have signed in, you should be able to access the Domain page and connect your domain that way.

    Hi there, in order to connect your domain to your WordPress.com website, you’ll need to upgrade to at least the Personal plan

    Once you’ve done that, you can follow this guide to connect your domain. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    Alternatively you might consider transferring your domain to WordPress.com so you can keep all your payments in one place. More on that here:
