    My domain is purchased with go daddy. But hosted through WordPress. My domain on WordPress has randomly changed to menaccport.wordpress.com io would like it changed back to menaceport.com I don’t know how to do this and im upset that it changed and I have no idea how long its changed this happens every few months between the two of you and it is really bad for business.

    Hi there,

    I see that you recently had our Premium Plan on your site (last renewal was on 4/10/2022) and it’s worth noting this plan is what allows you to connect a custom domain and use it as your site address. This is why your site was able to display at menaceport.com

    You can confirm your purchase history here, when you can see when the Premium plan was purchased as well as when it was last renewed: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Please note that this is a yearly subscription, so if the Premium Plan is no longer present on your site, it will revert back to the free address of menaceport.wordpress.com. That seems to be the case now, where your Premium plan expired on 4/10/2023 since it appears to have not been renewed.

    If you would like to reconnect menaceport.com you can do so by upgrading to any of our plans (they all include the domain connection option) and then once you upgrade we’re happy to check on the connection and make sure it is working correctly.
