  I have deleted a domain 2 days ago by mistake. I wanted to actually upgrade my services. Is it possible to recover this domain ?

  Hi there,

  I see you had the Premium Plan initially, and used the free domain credit to register lucaspenna.com under your account. Because the domain was included in the plan when you cancelled for a full refund that included cancelling the domain.

  The good news is that we’re still within our grace period to recover the domain on your behalf. Because you have been refunded in full we would still need to bill you for the domain registration costs. Also the grace period short, so you will need to act soon before we lose our control over the domain.

  I wanted to actually upgrade my services. Is it possible to recover this domain ?

  Another option here if you plan to upgrade again is that you can purchase the yearly version of any of our plans, and then just let us know you have upgraded. The monthly version of our plans do not include a free domain but our yearly plans do. You can choose your plan and use the button to add it to your cart.

  Once we can confirm your upgrade to any yearly plan, we can recover your domain and bundle it with the plan so that we do not need to bill you for the domain separately.

  If I can ask, what kind of site are you trying to set up and what functionality are you needing it to have. It’s possible that your Premium Plan was sufficient for that but if you can tell us more we’re happy to recommend a plan that is a good fit for your needs.
