    Hello,

    I had this website on WordPress: http://www.booksturnuouon.com registered with my previous email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I paid Premium from 2019 to 2021 and in 2022 I received an email saying my payment details had expired. I wasn’t using my website anymore so I never updated my card numbers.

    Now, I am developing a new project with the same name Books Turn You On and I want to build a new WordPress website but that domain is taken over so I cannot register it again.

    I can only gather WordPress is saving it for me in case I update my credit card details again and can still use my old website?

    I need you to release that domain so I can buy it again and create a new WordPress website.

    Can you do that, please?

    Hi there!

    Did you mean the domain booksturnyouon.com? If yes, I see that it was removed from our end after it expired, and it’s now registered with a different company. You can see the domain’s WHOIS records here. If you did not register the domain with Namecheap, someone else owns it, and you won’t be able to use it again.

    You can try contacting the current owner to see if they’d be willing to sell the domain, but if not, you’d need to register a different domain for your new site.
