  It looks like you canceled your domain along with the WordPress.com Premium plan for a refund, and that’s why the domain is no longer active on your account. Did you want to keep the domain?

  Since the full amount was refunded, you’ll need to pay for the domain again. May I know if you wish to use the domain with your WordPress.com site?

  If yes, you would need a WordPress.com plan as well. Since you get a free domain registration for the first year with a yearly WordPress.com plan, I’d suggest upgrading to a WordPress.com plan so that we can restore the domain for you.
