I bought a package through the wordpress site, for which I received a free domain name for one year: tudatosegeszsegkozpont.hu.
I don’t know which service provider I got the domain from, I didn’t receive an email about it.
I can’t activate it to be my primary website.

Perhaps .hu (like ,fr for example) being a country is not a domain sold by WordPress.com and you’d need to register it elsewhere and connect it to your WordPress.com site?

Hello! I bought a domain from another site for another site: (tudatosegeszsegkozpont.com) However, I deleted that page.
And 60 days haven’t passed, so I can’t connect that domain here yet.I don’t know what to do.

Okay, thank you for sharing more about the domain that you had registered previously, for the .com address.
For the .hu address, you’ll need to register the domain from a different registrar and then you will be able to connect the domain, using the instructions at the link shared below:

We are not set up (as a registrar) to be able to register .hu domains. You can see a full list of the domains we are able to support here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/
Because of this, I can conifirm that tudatosegeszsegkozpont.hu has never been registered under your WordPress.com account. I do see that you have a “domain connection” upgrade for this domain, but that is not the same as a domain registration. In this case the “domain connection” upgrade is for connecting a domain you own with another company to your WordPress.com site.
Because we don’t offer .hu domains, you will need to do this with another company. But the good news is that I see that no one owns it curretly. It is available for ou to purchase!
With that in mind, you can purchase tudatosegeszsegkozpont.hu with any company that sells domains in Hungary. Sorry if it’s hard for me. I don’t understand, if I bought the personal package, why can’t I see it now? I did not receive a refund. I also don’t understand that if I registered the domain name through the package, why do I have to buy it again?

As stated earlier WordPress.com are unable to register any domain ending in .hu so you may have tried but never succeeded in registering that address here. As far as I can see that address is still available but you will need to register it at some other company that does offer .hu domains and then connect it to a site here at WordPress.com that has a paid plan.

Let’s put the domain thing aside for now. But what happened to the package I bought for HUF 15,240? I don’t understand and this is all annoying.

A Professional Emai subscription was able to be added because there is still a domain connection for tudatosegeszsegkozpont.hu from when it was connected, before it was canceled somewhere else.
The main thing that needs to be done is to register tudatosegeszsegkozpont.hu at a domain registrar and then it can be used here at WordPress.com.
Let’s put the domain thing aside for now. But what happened to the package I bought for HUF 15,240? I don’t understand and this is all annoying.

Unfortunately, even now I see that I have not received back the package that I have already purchased. But no refund either. I would like to get the package back if possible. If this cannot be resolved, I will ask for a refund and repeat the purchase. Soon if possible :)
