  Hey there,

  Thanks for reaching back out.

  It looks there was no refund issued for the personal plan, so I’ve gone ahead and restored that for you.

  With regards to the domain, if this has been purchased outside of WordPress.com, this can be connected via DNS settings, within 60 days of purchase.

  The name servers of the domain would need to change to:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  It looks the domain connection is set up on WordPress.com, so this would be the last step.

  I hope this helps, and once changed we can look to perhaps provide some steps on to build the site. :)
