    Hi There,
    I accidentally paid for a domain without the $5 paid plan. The domain has been cancelled but I want to purchase the $5 monthly personal plan and have the domain free with it. The domain is: http://www.saintmercury.art

    Could you please help fast-track the availability of the domain so I can start the paid plan with it?

    Hi there,

    Domains are only provided free with the annual version of the plan, so it is not possible to recover the domain for free under the monthly plan.

    With this in mind do you want to upgrade to the yearly version of the plan instead? As an alternative we can bill you for the cost of the domain registration separately, and then you will be able to use it with the monthly plan instead.
