  My domain I bought with google domain isn’t with google domain it is now with Automattic inc. I don’t have access too the domain anymore and I dont know what to do about it

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  • Do you have multiple domains you’re struggling to access?
  • Did you have someone else purchase or maintain these domains for you?

  Yes, the domain in question is Cimoh.net

  My domain I bought with google domain isn’t with google domain it is now with Automattic inc. I don’t have access too the domain anymore and I dont know what to do about it 

  I would like the domain transferred to the original registrar with Google Domain with email : (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  These thing has also happened to my friend and its becoming who are unauthorizing Domain transfer to Automattic Inc.

  Try to look at it, These domain also http://dutib.net was also transferred to Automattic Inc, without my friend consent to

  So what should we do now

  @yigiboy, it looks like your best bet will be to contact your previous registrar, Google, so that they can investigate the transfer from their side. You may need to file an official request with them called an Unauthorized Transfer Complaint. Please encourage your friend to do the same.

  so it’s not possible for it to be moved back to the original registrar it was before

  or can you tell the email that initiated these transfer

  @yigiboy, sorry to hear that. We’ve done what we can from this side. Perhaps they can share the email that got the transfer code?
