  Hi there.. Is it possible for me to have 1 website address on WP.com and one self hosted but both are showing different content..??

  Yes. A site hosted at WordPress.com will be on a different server to a self-hosted site hosted at some other company such as Bluehost. They can’t have exactly the same addresses obviously.
